Learn about each self-care card and gain insights into an array of self-care activities and strategies to help you track and monitor the helpfulness and effectiveness of each self-care strategy.

By joining me on this journey, you will learn self-care hints and tips to help you process and transition through periods of stress and crisis and ultimately gain the skills and knowledge to create your own tailored self-care plan and self-care toolkit.

In week one, I will explore Card 35: Time To Get Creative and a week later, on 5th September 2024, we will explore the outcomes of our weekly self-care exploration.
