Why Did I Create My YouTube Channel ?

I created my channel, to connect with you, to provide a source of support, inspiration, connection and resources, to introduce my Self-Care Workbook and Self-Care Card set to you and together increase our awareness of self-care tools and resources that will help us through periods of stress and crisis; when you, to encourage you to take action through sharing cards and experiences and encouraging you to get out there and explore your own strategies and finally to help you plan your own self-care tool kit and self-care plan so when you are experiencing stress and crisis, you have a customised self-care resource based on your personal preferences and outcomes as a result of working through the self-care workbook and self-care card set.

Through my channel, I aim to create a down-to-earth, supportive national and global network. Here, we can share experiences, outcomes, and a laugh or two while helping each other navigate periods of stress and crisis. One of my primary goals is to identify and discuss practical self-care strategies, to help you build customised and meaningful self-care toolkits, and to create self-care plans, using my Self-Care Awareness, Action and Planning Workbook and Card Set, to promote positive general well-being and mental health.
